Enjoy Fall in Crosslake
It’s not time to hibernate just yet! With the cold bite of winter not set to arrive for a while, now is the time to get outdoors and check those last few fall activities off your list.
From leaf-peaking & pumpkin picking to those last lake cruises around the Whitefish Chain, you and your family are sure to find some fall fun in the Crosslake area!

Take a scenic boat ride or car ride around the Lakes Area

Some of the best views can be seen by boat on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. Bring your own boat or rent one from one of the two locations right here in town… Al’s Marine and Your Boat Club. Not looking to take a boat? Then rent a kayak from Wind Water and Wheels or rent a bike from Crosslake Bike Rental outside of Holly’s Hair & Nails.
Take your chances in a Corn Maze
A-Maze-N-Pumpkinz is located between Pequot Lakes & Nisswa. Bring the kids and enjoy getting lost in the Corn Maze, do some pumpkin picking and some fall décor shopping. Always a great time for the whole family!
Hiking through the great outdoors
Get out and get some crisp fall air before winter arrives. There are many hiking trails to choose from including the Uppgard Wildlife Management and the Crosslake Community Center. While at the Community Center take part in a game of Frisbee golf through the woods!
The last weekend of September brings Crosslake Days! Enjoy a Day filled with activities which include an old fashion Car Show, Flea Markets, Take in an Outdoor Movie at the Corp of Engineers park, along with the 32nd Annual Chili Cook-Off!
Dress up and Party for Halloween
Many of the local pubs throw Halloween parties – Put on your best costume and try to win prizes. Moonlite Bay, Zorbaz, The Wharf and the Fifty Lakes Municipal Bar all have Costume Contest and Music! Hit one or hit them all to up your chances to win!
